A few weeks ago I was invited to a “Floral Frock, Loud Shirt, Long Lunch.” It was an amazing backyard party in Venice. Champagne flowing like Niagra Falls and good people all around. Of course I take advantage of any themed party and aim for 110%.
The “floral frock” I am wearing is a dress I bought from Ross, probably 4 years ago. I’m sure it wasn’t more than 10 dollars. I just can’t get rid of it! I don’t wear it often, but I break it out for spring time outdoor events because it’s just so perfect. It’s a great quality dress with sky blue trim around the bottom of the dress to offset the green, yellow and white in the rest of the dress.
All hair, make-up and accessories usually go with the color scheme, so I used multiple colored flowers in my hair, in addition to pin-curls. Ladies, may I always recommend a flower in your hair! Yellow, green and blue blended eye make-up with heavy cat eye liner.
The perfect accessory is of course, the champagne with raspberries.

That looks like so much fun – you are too cute! Champagne is the perfect bubbly accessory.
Hello! Thank you for reading and for the sweet comment. I’m new to the blogosphere so I really appreciate it!
No prob! Keep up the great posts!!
Can’t believe you got that dress at Ross! Its a million bucks on you sweetie!
Haaaa, thank you so much for reading!!!! You are too sweet!
This is beautiful!!! Your soooo pretty I’m so jealous of how amazing you look everytime I see you.
Those sunglasses are awesome. Are those little pink flower earrings? Such spring perfection! Your eye make-up is just stunning!
I keep saying that I’m going to try to shop at Ross more often but I never do. I’ve gone once and was sad to not find anything. Every time someone (like the amazing Reba) mentions that they bought an amazing outfit at Ross I always remind myself to go. By the way I love your rose earrings!
